About the Role:
We seek a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our Sofia office in person. This role will manage the company’s social media presence, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital trends, proven experience in growing online communities, and the ability to craft content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, copywriting) tailored to each channel.
- Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Track social media KPIs, analyse performance, and adjust strategies to maximise impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social platforms.
- Build brand consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio of past work showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Bulgarian and Danish a plus – not required).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design.
