About the Role:
We are looking for Outreach Specialists to join our team. In this voice-first outreach role, you will be the first point of contact for potential investments, clients and partners, introducing services and booking discovery calls for the Sales Team.
Your role is to connect, create interest, and schedule meetings. Your professional voice and communication skills will be your main tools.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential investments, clients and partners using lead lists provided by the Lead Research Team.
- Engage prospects in brief, professional conversations to introduce services.
- Schedule discovery calls for the Sales Team.
- Send follow-up emails with company information and meeting confirmations.
- Maintain basic records of call outcomes and scheduled meetings.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach activity targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English, minimal to no accent, and a clear, engaging, and professional voice.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional and confident tone.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to follow scripts naturally.
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales, both independently and as part of a team, is required.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment with flexible hours across European business hours.
